The parcel dataset, turned into things you can use

landstats is a showcase. It takes the nationwide parcel layer published by landrecords.us and pairs it with open geospatial data to build two kinds of things: interactive apps anyone can open, and analytics insights derived from the warehouse.

One dataset underneath

Everything here reads the same canonical parcel layer. Apps and insights are just different lenses on it.

Enriched with open layers

Parcels are joined to hydrography, land cover, flood zones and elevation to answer questions a parcel table alone can't.

Live, not canned

App maps and insight numbers are computed on the real warehouse at request time — not baked screenshots.
